It depends on the size of the area, how much material has to come out, access for equipment, and whether the base needs rebuilding. That is why we do not quote over the phone. We come out, measure the job, and give you a written price that will not change once the work starts.

Late spring through fall. Hot-mix asphalt has to be placed and compacted while it is hot, and the asphalt plants close over winter. Booking early in the season gets you a better spot in the schedule.

Foot traffic the same day once it has cooled, and vehicles usually after 24 to 48 hours depending on the weather. Asphalt keeps curing for months, so for the first season avoid turning the wheel while stopped and keep jack stands and kickstands off the surface.

Yes. Roughly half our work is commercial — retail and industrial parking lots, condo and multi-residential properties, private access roads, line painting and seasonal snow removal. We phase commercial work so the property stays open while we are on site.

Yes. We come to the property, measure, look at how it drains, and give you a written price with no obligation and no pressure. If repair makes more sense than replacement, we will tell you that too.
